There are a number of things you can do to protect yourself,
your family, and your home.
employees wear an official photo ID card. You should ALWAYS ask
to see it.
employees will not come to your home, other than regular meter reading,
unless you call our office and make a request for us to come fix a problem. They
will only show up unannounced in the case of a water emergency.
JMWSC employees who work in the field are not allowed
to take payments. We only accept payments by mail, telephone (Credit /Debit Card and Check-by-Phone transactions are subject to a $2.50 convenience fee as of April 1st, 2009), ACH
Bank Draft, Website, or through the JMWSC main office. Our field employees
will not ask you for payment.
