Applying for Service

New Service Applications

Please fill out the attached form for New Service for a location that already has water service available. Once it has been completed, please fax the form and a photo ID to 803-359-6553 or email it back to us at customerservice@lcjmwsc.com. After you have returned it, please call us to pay your Security Deposit with a Visa or MasterCard at 803-359-8373. Service will be established the next business day. Please be advised that after Customer Service receives your paperwork, additional forms or fees may be required depending on the location.

First Time Meter Sets (Builders)

Please fill out the attached form for a First Time Meter Set for a location that has never had water service. You will need to bring the completed form and the Pre-paid Tap Certificate (with original signatures) along with payment of $225. If you do not have a pre-paid tap form you will need to call our Customer Service Department for information on prevailing tap fees. New Meters are set within 2 weeks from time of application.
