Service Termination

Your water service may be terminated if:

  • Your bill is past due and is not paid by the 25th of the month for Residential Customers and the 10th for Commercial/Industrial Customers.
  • JMWSC has sent a special request asking for payment and notifying you that your water service will be terminated by a certain date.
  • Your plumbing contains an illegal connection.
  • You have not applied for service.
  • Your payment has been returned by your bank and you haven’t made reparations within 2 business days of JMWSC receiving your returned check.
