Set up Fee
The setup fee is a one-time $25.00 charge that will be reflected on the first bill. This fee helps to cover some of the cost associated with setting up the account in the computer system, as well as helping to offset the cost of field personnel activities required to start service.

Hydrant Fee
The hydrant fee is a monthly charge of $3.00 for residential and commercial water customers. The Commission is required by SCDHEC to meet minimum flow requirements on all hydrants. This fee assists with the maintenance and upkeep of the hydrants and lines in order to comply with this regulation.
