Customer Service Representative duties include, but are not limited to, taking payments, taking applications for new customers, handling high volume calls while effectively assisting customers, scheduling service work orders, filing, etc. The qualified candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees, demonstrate strong organizational skills, give excellent attention to detail, and have the ability to prioritize workflow while meeting timely deadlines.

GIS Analyst
Under the supervision of the Commission’s Staff Engineer, the position performs a variety of work relating to engineering activities for the Commission and is responsible for maintaining the Commission’s Geographical Information System and Computerized Maintenance Management System. Qualified candidate will create, collect, extract, analyze, report, convert and transfer data using specialized applications. Candidate must have the ability to effectively interact and communicate professionally, demonstrate strong organizational skills, give excellent attention to detail, and have the ability to prioritize workflow while meeting timely deadlines.

Utility Operator position that performs skilled and administrative work in the operation, maintenance, construction, and repair of a water/wastewater system. Requires high school diploma or GED, and a valid South Carolina Driver’s License. Must possess and maintain at least a “D” level operator license in Water Treatment and/or Water Distribution as issued by the state of South Carolina Environmental Certification Board. Must also possess and maintain at least a “D” level operator license in Wastewater Collections as issued by the WEASC.
